The Trifonium is a 12 fret wooden body tricone model from Royall Resonator family. Based on the original National tricone models, but with our full brass sound well it has that distinctive tricone sustain and creamy tone, plus really nice tonewood harmonics and great punchy mids from the Maple body. It has a sound like no other resonator you’ve ever played.

Our all new Royall Fundamental Series (FS) is our stripped down non pickup collection of resonator guitars. All the same fit and finish of our Standard Series (ST) customers have come to love, but with a few less bells and whistles. We have decided on a simple reverse open book headstock design, simple dot inlays, (with one classic star) and in keeping it real around here, being that the resonator is the first amp in a guitar itself, they are all non pickup models. Back to the beauty of acoustic sound with minimalist attitude.

We are sure you will love the new tone from Royall Resonators. All of our resonators go through a 20 point inspection by our skilled guitar techs before shipment. After inspection, and or adjustment, we double polish the frets, condition the fingerboard, stretch the strings, and tune to pitch. Giving you a wonderfully smooth action and playability right out of the box.

All of the resonators we make in our shop have their own individual character. With different relic looks for the same finish, or the dark or light fingerboards, we want you to be able to choose the one that best suits your needs. Therefore, all of our resonators are individually photographed with their Royall serial number in the listed tag. The instrument in the numbered listing is the exact one you will receive.
